- Evaluating customer needs and propose, implement and/or operate the proposed efficient
supply chain or part there off.
- Financial analysis and valuations of transport companies.
- Implementation of policies, procedures, internal controls and information systems in new and
existing transport companies or customer logistics departments
- Route risk assessments
- Loading and offloading site inspections with corrective actions.
